Our policy for defective items, order issues, and complaints.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Because many of our products are made to your specifications, standard return rules for off-the-shelf goods often do not apply. This policy explains what you can expect.
Items produced to your design, text, photos, measurements, or specifications are generally not eligible for return or refund simply because you changed your mind, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
If an item is defective, damaged in production, or materially different from what was confirmed, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer reprint, repair, partial refund, or replacement.
Slight differences between screen preview and printed output may occur due to monitors, inks, fabrics, and materials. These are not considered defects unless they fall outside reasonable production tolerance agreed with you.
We are not responsible for errors in text, images, or files you approved or submitted, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect placement after proof approval.
Email info@print8.mk with your name, order number, phone number, description of the problem, and supporting photos. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds for COD orders are returned by bank transfer or another method we agree on. Refund timing depends on verification of the issue and any return of goods if requested.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation in North Macedonia. If you are a consumer and believe your statutory rights apply, please contact us with details.
These documents are provided for transparency and customer information. They do not replace individual legal advice. If you operate Print 8 under a registered company, verify company registration numbers, tax IDs, and any sector-specific obligations with a qualified adviser in North Macedonia.
