The website print8.mk is operated by Print 8, a printing and personalization business based in Shtip, North Macedonia. Contact: info@print8.mk.

We offer printing services, ready-made designs, and customizable products including apparel, mugs, bags, business cards, invitations, menus, and related items. Product images and previews are illustrative. Minor colour or material variation may occur due to screens, substrates, and production processes.

Browsing the website does not create a contract. An order is received when you submit the checkout form. We will contact you to confirm details, production feasibility, delivery timing, and final price where custom work or extras are involved. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

Prices shown on the website are in Macedonian denars unless stated otherwise and may change before checkout is completed. Unless stated on the product page, listed prices may exclude delivery. Payment is currently accepted by cash on delivery (COD) unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you supply text, images, logos, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them and that they do not infringe third-party rights or violate law. You indemnify Print 8 against claims arising from content you provide. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear unlawful, offensive, or likely to infringe intellectual property.

For customized or complex jobs we may provide a digital proof. Production may begin after your approval or after a reasonable period without objection. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colours, placement, and quantities before approval.

Stated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Production time depends on order complexity, workload, and material availability. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or collection by you, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

You may request cancellation or changes before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and costs already incurred may be charged. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.

Please see our Returns & Complaints Policy. Custom-made and personalized items are generally non-returnable except where defective or not produced according to the confirmed order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print 8 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

Website content, templates, branding, and software are owned by Print 8 or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to fulfil your order.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, scrape content excessively, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for abuse or security reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Courts in North Macedonia have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes amicably.
